A website redesign for M&M Plumbing, a residential plumber serving Rogersville and Greeneville, Tennessee.
The problem
Mike, the owner of M&M Plumbing, started with two separate websites—one for each service location. The Rogersville site was very outdated, and the Greeneville site lacked rich content. Neither gave visitors a fresh, professional first impression.
Mike wanted one website for his business that was optimized for searches in both Rogersville and Greeneville, rather than splitting his presence across two sites. He wasn’t ranking high in the Greeneville area, and the fragmented setup made it harder to show up well in either location.
What the redesign focused on
M&M Plumbing needed a site that made it easy for local homeowners to understand their services and reach the right phone number for their area. The redesign focused on:
- SEO: Clear, location-specific content for both the Rogersville and Greeneville service areas.
- Useful content: Real service descriptions and service-area detail in place of thin, generic copy.
- Layout and flow: A straightforward path from the homepage to the right contact number and a clear call to action.
- Professional presentation: A clean, trustworthy layout that reflects an experienced, established local trade business.
