PeakWire Systems Redesign

A website redesign for PeakWire Systems, a network, Wi-Fi, and security camera installer serving Frisco, Texas and the surrounding DFW area.

The problem

PeakWire Systems came to us with a clear complaint: their existing website didn’t feel professional enough for the quality of work they do. Visitors weren’t spending much time on the site, and that lack of engagement wasn’t translating into calls or quote requests—the site wasn’t giving people a reason to stay or a clear next step to take.

On top of that, the site wasn’t showing up in enough organic local search results, so potential customers searching for installers in their area often weren’t finding them at all.

What the redesign focused on

PeakWire Systems needed a site that matched the quality of their installation work and made it easier for local customers to find them. The redesign focused on:

  • SEO: Clearer page structure, descriptive titles, and content built around the services and service area people actually search for.
  • Useful content: Expanded, specific service descriptions and the addition of useful FAQs, instead of generic placeholder copy.
  • Layout and flow: A clear path from the hero section through services to a request-a-quote call to action.
  • Secondary call to action: A contact form built directly into the site so visitors can request a quote without having to pick up the phone.
  • Professional presentation: A modern, technical visual style that reflects the kind of installation work they do.
