Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of our website and client portal.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pixel Mediary website and client portal (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who these Terms apply to
These Terms apply to visitors of our public website and to clients who are given access to our client portal. If you're accessing the client portal on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorized to do so and to accept these Terms on that business's behalf.
Client portal accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your portal login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Portal access is limited to the projects, tasks, estimates, and invoices associated with your account. Don't attempt to access another client's information or any part of the system you're not authorized to use.
- Digital signatures you provide in the portal to approve an estimate or invoice are legally binding, in the same way a handwritten signature would be, and will be recorded along with the date, time, and your account information.
How we collect and use information in the system
The client portal and admin system collect the account, project, and billing information described in our Privacy Policy, and use it to operate your account, track the status of your projects, estimates, and invoices, and maintain a record (audit log) of key actions such as status changes, signatures, and approvals. This recordkeeping exists to keep an accurate, verifiable history of your projects and agreements with us — not to share your information with outside parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce content from the Site without our permission.
Estimates, invoices, and services
Estimates and invoices made available in the client portal are part of, and governed by, the separate service agreement and Terms & Conditions provided with each estimate or invoice (including scope of work, payment terms, and intellectual property terms for deliverables). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site itself and don't replace that agreement.
Intellectual property
The Pixel Mediary name, logo, and the content of our public website (excluding client-owned project materials) are owned by Pixel Mediary and may not be used without our permission.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Mediary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your client portal access if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms or if your engagement with us has ended.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
